Keyword Monitor turns a one-time text check into a simple state monitor. The initial page establishes whether the phrase is PRESENT or ABSENT. Later checks alert only when that state changes.

- “sold out” disappears from a product page
- “applications open” appears on an announcement page
- A legal notice, name or feature phrase is added or removed
Like Keyword Checker, this uses server-returned page content and does not execute JavaScript in a full browser.
